Event Policies

 

All PTAA events, seminars, or classes are non-refundable unless specifically noted otherwise under the event details of the event. In most circumstances, with certain exceptions*, event registrations may be credited  towards a future PTAA event. Event registrations may also always be substituted by another individual within your company.  

*Exceptions include: Diamond Awards, Reverse Trade Show, Trade Show, Dinner Meetings, Installations, & Industry Forecasts.

The PTAA's goal is to always hold events on the date it has been scheduled, however sometimes due to circumstances beyond their control, they cannot. In the event that this happens, all registrations will be transferred to the new event date. If the attendee shows they cannot attend the new date, with certain exceptions*, a refund or credit towards a future event may be issued. Substitutions are always allowed.

Please note that photographs and footage are taken at PTAA events and your voice, name, and/or likeness may be used without compensation and used by the PTAA for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website and in social media or in third party publications.  Your attendance at a PTAA event is an implied permission to be photographed and a waiving of any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs, or marketing pieces that may be used in conjunction with them, now or in the future, whether that use is known to you or unknown. If you have a special concern or need for exception please contact the PTAA prior to an event.
