Jordan Brooks is Director of Market Analytics at ALN Apartment Data. He leads the evaluation of performance trends and industry outlook and is responsible for ALN’s client and public-facing analytical content. In addition to speaking at events around the country, Jordan writes ALN’s monthly newsletter and contributes regularly to multiple multifamily publications. He earned a master’s degree from the University of Texas at Dallas in Business Analytics.

Loren Hill | Carolina Core
Loren Hill has worked in economic development in central North Carolina for more than 28 years.
- For almost six years, he has served as Carolina Core Regional Economic Development Director for the Piedmont Triad Partnership, working with economic development partners across 21 counties.
- Prior to joining the Partnership, Loren served for 20 years as President of the High Point Economic Development Corporation.
- He also previously served as Vice President of Public Policy and Communications for the Greensboro Chamber and its economic development department.
- He served as governmental affairs director for the Piedmont Triad Apartment Association and four other Triad real estate trade associations;
- worked as a Marriott hotel general manager in Arizona, California, New York, Virginia, and North Carolina; and
- served two terms as a member of the Jamestown Town Council.
