The Diamond Awards Committee is responsible for organizing, planning, and promoting the PTAA's annual awards ceremony. This event honors the outstanding accomplishments of PTAA members during the previous year. Meets on the second Thursday of the month at 10 AM, November - May |

The Government & Industry Affairs Committee shapes our public policy agenda and local-level advocacy efforts. It also supports the advocacy of the Apartment Association of North Carolina and the National Apartment Association. Meets on the fourth Thursday of the month at 9 AM |

The Products and Services Council (PSC) represents PTAA supplier partner members while fostering and maintaining a strong, mutually beneficial relationship between supplier partners and the owners, operators, and community members.
