The DEI Committee develops opportunities to foster inclusive and equitable work environments and to share practices that support the diverse needs of PTAA members. Meets on the third Tuesday of the month at 10 AM |

The Diamond Awards Committee is responsible for organizing, planning, and promoting the PTAA's annual awards ceremony. This event honors the outstanding accomplishments of PTAA members during the previous year. Meets on the second Thursday of the month at 10 AM, November - May |

The Education Committee designs and offers educational programming that promotes knowledge and professionalism for individuals across the apartment industry. Meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 9 AM |

The Golf Committee organizes the PTAA's annual golf outing, bringing members together for a day of camaraderie and friendly competition. Meets as needed |

The Government & Industry Affairs Committee shapes our public policy agenda and local-level advocacy efforts. It also supports the advocacy of the Apartment Association of North Carolina and the National Apartment Association. Meets on the fourth Thursday of the month at 9 AM |

The Independent Rental Owner (IRO) Committee supports smaller property owners who invest their own money and are actively involved in the management of their multifamily or single-family properties. Meets quarterly as decided by members |

The Membership Engagement Committee supports the PTAA's efforts to engage and build a growing base of members through member retention and new-member recruitment. Meets on the fourth Wednesday of the moth at 10 AM |

The Products and Services Council (PSC) represents PTAA supplier partner members while fostering and maintaining a strong, mutually beneficial relationship between supplier partners and the owners, operators, and community members.
