Lead paint awareness, abatement versus renovation repair. This continuing education course will outline the basics of what is lead paint the health risks, the definitions of renovation and abatement, and the best approach for minor repair maintenance and evaluating and eliminating lead-based hazards. This course is approximately one hour.
Asbestos awareness, training and overview of property types and health concerns. This informational class will discuss the types of the best asbestos properties materials that may contain asbestos exposure and control, as well as housekeeping, emergency procedures, and communication communications of hazardous material materials. +

Kyle Smith is a North Carolina native who was born and raised in the state and proudly calls the Triad home. He grew up in Lumberton, where sports played a big role in his life—especially baseball, which he played throughout his youth. A lifelong sports fan and proud Wake Forest graduate, Kyle still cheers on his alma mater with enthusiasm: Go Deacs!
While attending Wake Forest University, Kyle was part of the university’s football program, serving as an equipment manager. That experience reinforced the importance of teamwork, preparation, and doing the behind-the-scenes work that helps others succeed—values that continue to shape his leadership today.
Kyle is the owner and principal of Rainbow Restoration of Winston-Salem, a locally owned fire, water, and mold damage restoration company serving homes and businesses throughout the Triad and the Boone area. He co-leads the franchise with his wife, Elisabeth, combining a strong business background with hands-on, boots-on-the-ground experience in the field.
