Brandon Mathis is Director of Customer Success Onboarding & Enablement with Grace Hill. He has worked in the multifamily housing industry for nearly 30 years in various onsite and corporate leadership roles, including Leasing Professional, Manager, Multi-site Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing & Conflict Resolution Specialist, and Director of Marketing and Training. His career has focused on building and managing training programs, dispute system design, reputation management, organizational change initiatives, and employee engagement. He earned his B.A. degree in Communication Studies (’98) and his M.A. degree in Conflict Studies and Dispute Resolution (’10) from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and most recently completed his M. Ed. degree at North Carolina State University for Training and Development (’24), focused on adult learning, organizational change, and evaluation. Brandon is a native North Carolinian, a fan of good food, and he loves warm weather.
