Rathell Dailey | Regional Service Manager | Hawthorne Residential Partners

Rathell Dailey has worked in Property Management business for 29 years. He has been with Hawthorne Residential Partners for the last 10 years starting as Resident Services Supervisor to his current role as Regional Service Manager. Rathell is heavily involved with community service in the triad. He has a partnership with the non profit organization Establishing Safe Cultures. Here in this organization he teaches conflict resolution classes to the youth, mentors children in the community, partners with the Mothers Against Gun Violence and assist with gang prevention. Rathell is member of Abundant Life Church International and teaches life skills and skilled trades to youth and young adults looking to join the industry. Rathell and his son Rathell Jr also have a men's mental health group to help combat depression in the work place and community. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, spending time with his grandsons and help building a brighter future for our youth.
