Each year, the PTAA Board of Directors asks members to nominate apartment industry professionals, communities and Supplier Partners for a prestigious Diamond Award to highlight and honor some of the best talent and communities in the Piedmont Triad. The 2025 Diamond Awards ceremony will be held in person on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at Koury Convention Center where winners will be announced. Mark your calendar for this night of industry excellence in the Triad!
