Mentorship: From Experience to Empowerment
Becoming an effective mentor takes more than knowledge it takes time, experience, patience, and a willingness to invest in others. Mentorship is a skill that develops through practice, meaningful relationships, and learning how to meet people where they are.
This class provides simple, realistic steps for becoming a more intentional and effective mentor. Participants will explore traditional, peer-to-peer, and situational mentoring, while learning how to recognize opportunities to guide, support, challenge, and encourage others. The goal is to move beyond simply sharing what we know and learn how to turn our experience into meaningful guidance that helps others grow.
