The purpose of this class is not to train plumbers, but to increase the value of maintenance professionals through enhancing general knowledge of plumbing systems in multifamily structures. By understanding what maintenance should be done to avoid costly repairs and knowing when to tackle a problem vs calling a licensed vendor, maintenance personnel can increase their value to their employer, utilize their time and resources more effectively, and keep residents happy by quickly identifying problems and deploying speedy solutions! In 2012, Brad ventured to New York City, where he immersed himself in large project sales and management, overseeing intricate excavation projects beneath the city streets. Relocating to North Carolina, Brad assumed the role of general manager at AJET Plumbing & Services. In just a year, he orchestrated a targeted shift within the company, exclusively focusing on the multi-family housing industry. Under his leadership, the company's workforce doubled, and an onsite training facility was established to foster employee development.
