The purpose of this class is not to train plumbers, but to increase the value of maintenance professionals through enhancing general knowledge of plumbing systems in multifamily structures. By understanding what maintenance should be done to avoid costly repairs and knowing when to tackle a problem vs calling a licensed vendor, maintenance personnel can increase their value to their employer, utilize their time and resources more effectively, and keep residents happy by quickly identifying problems and deploying speedy solutions! In the Plumbing Basics class, maintenance professionals will learn the ins and outs of:
