The NAA Supplier Success course provides a comprehensive introduction to the apartment industry and equips supplier partners with the knowledge, strategies, and ethical standards needed to build strong, trusted partnerships with apartment owners, management companies, and association members. Developed by seasoned industry professionals, this course offers real-world insights to help suppliers navigate the multifamily landscape, align their business goals with those of their clients, and uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
What you will learn:
- Understand how current economic conditions influence the multifamily housing industry
- Identify and define various types of multifamily housing communities
- Recognize how pricing and lease management affect a property’s financial performance
- Examine key local building, zoning, and regulatory considerations

- Navigate the structure and function of apartment associations - We will cover opportunities within PTAA and how to be involved and the benefits.
- Communicate confidently using industry-specific terms and acronyms

- Understand the timing, resources, and workflows that drive onsite operations
- Leverage industry resources to create and maximize selling opportunities
- Position products and services to align with an apartment community’s goals
- Understand and apply industry’s Code of Conduct and ethical business practices
- The importance of Advocacy and how laws within residential property management affect the industry and supplier partners
- Build meaningful relationships and partnerships through classroom collaboration
