How Much ERA Program Funding is Coming to the Triad
The grantee list for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program has been released and here is how much each of the Triad municipalities with over 200,000 residents will be getting:
- Greensboro - $8,949,178
- Winston-Salem - $7,478,359
- Guilford County - $7,252,722
- Forsyth County - $4,052,179
Guilford County's allocation is likely so much higher than Forsyth County's because it includes much of the City of High Point.
All of these municipalities are in the process of developing their rental assistance programs and will be announcing them in the near future.
Residents of all other Triad municipalities with fewer than 200,000 residents (Alamance County, Davidson County, Burlington, Mebane, etc.) will need to participate in the state's assistance program. The state received $546,596,104 in ERA Program funds.
