Nominations Open for Triad Commercial Real Estate Dealmakers

The Triad Business Journal is accepting nominations for their Triad Commercial Real Estate Awards 2021 - Individual Awards. Here'a a little background from their website:

TRIAD COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE AWARDS 2021

The CRE awards program was created to recognize the deal makers and key companies that are building a solid foundation for the Triad.

The nomination process will incorporate Architecture Firms, Engineering Firms, Brokerage Firms, Construction/General Contracting Firms, and Development Firms. Plus we will recognize individuals for our Top Deal Makers and Rising Star Awards based on their accomplishments.

Honorees will be recognized in a special report in the Triad Business Journal and celebrated at an awards program in November.

ELIGIBILITY

Nominations are based on companies in the 12-county Triad region. The greater Triad area includes the following counties: Alamance, Caswell, Davidson, Davie, Forsyth, Guilford, Montgomery, Randolph, Rockingham, Stokes, Surry and Yadkin.

Past winners ARE eligible.

A nominee is an individual. Please submit ONE nomination per nominee.

Triad Business Journal will review nominations and recognize winners chosen only from the completed nominations submitted through the TBJ nomination site by the deadline.

There is no charge for entries.

THE DEALMAKER AWARD CATEGORIES (based on sales and leases figures from 2020)

  • Rising Star - less than 5 years in the business  
  • Deal Maker - Office (sales and leases) 
  • Deal Maker - Industrial (sales and leases)
  • Deal Maker - Retail (sales and leases)
  • Deal Maker - Apartments
  • Deal Maker - Land

Note about Deal Maker Awards: 

The Deal Maker nomination is a two-step process.  

Once a nomination is submitted, a transaction form will be sent to verify the 2020 numbers.   

An online nomiantion form AND a transaction form must be filled out for the nominee to be considered.  

***TBJ will decide the number of honorees based on the pool of nominations.
