Triad Apartment Rents Continue to Rise, But at Slower Rate

According to Apartmentlist.com the rents in the Triad's four largest cities have increased from 24% to 34% since the beginning of the COVID pandemic.

A recent article from Triad Business Journal explains that rents have increased the most in Alamance County, where rapid growth in jobs and population in both the Triad and Traingle have converged.

Since March 2020, rates are up:
34% in Burlington
31% in High Point
29% in Greensboro, and
24% in Winston-Salem

Since January, the national rate has increased 16.4%.
