Emma Wingfield joined Loebsack & Brownlee, PLLC in 2017 after deciding to leave the practice of criminal law. Most of her day as Managing Attorney is spent in the courtroom advocating for her clients, advising clients, negotiating cases, reviewing cases, and assisting the RDU office with anything else needed. Outside of the office, Emma is a huge Atlanta Braves fan and loves to travel.
Devinn Barnette practiced for 8 years in NY as a family court prosecutor and taught business law as an adjunct professor at Central Piedmont Community College, Rowan-Cabarrus Community College, and the former Charlotte School of Law before joining the L&B team. As Managing Attorney she is currently Chair of Mecklenburg County Bar’s Real Property section, and when she’s not appearing in court or counseling our clients on how to strategically resolve a dispute, she loves to read, travel, and spend time with family and friends.
