NAA's latest COVID-19 survey results, released July 30, show that the vast majority of apartment operators continue to believe that fewer than 10% of residents would be facing an eviction in the absence of an eviction moratorium. Here's the chart from the survey report:

The survey respondents also found the CARES Act Notice to Vacate "conflicting, confusing and/or complicated":

And more than a quarter of respondents expect that 11-20% of residents will be unable to pay rent withouth the $600 federal unemployment benefit:
