The Community Manager will be responsible for all aspects of a three-person office with one full-time service team member and one part time leasing professional. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a strong team member with a passion for maximizing revenue, marketing, problem solving, property operations and people! We emphasize strong leasing and customer service, with the goal of generating strong income results.
Prior marketing, leasing, budgeting experience and results are essential! Two years prior property management experience required! Leasing office is open on Saturdays therefore, some Saturdays are required.
