We are at a pivotal moment, and promises are not enough to fulfill the urgent demand for diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of community. 

Local leaders have shared 11 strategies as starting points for building inclusive organizations with Triad Business Journal. They are outlined below, with full detail available HERE.
