In a recent article, the Triad Business Journal analyzes affordability data from the US Bureau of Economic Analysis, pointing out that experts are anticipating the effects that remote work will have on migration patterns and looking at affordability as a key factor.

Among other findings, TBJ reports that Winston-Salem and Greensboro-High Point are the most affordable metros in NC. Nationally, both areas rank below the national affordability index baseline.
